Booking of Plots

Terms and conditions

• A plot can be booked online or through our office with a payment of Rs.25000 (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only)
• The selected plot will be blocked against the person under whose mail ID the payment has been made
• One person can book more than one plot at any given point of time
• Once advance payment has been made the plot will be blocked and no further allocation will be done for two months from the date of payment of advance
• Further payments should be done within a maximum of two months from the date of payment of advance
• Our Executive team will be get in touch with you shortly after the advance payment is made. In case you want to tlk to our team directly, mail us at enquiry@vishalambuilders.com. Our contact details are also provided in the Contacts tab.
• In case the full settlement cannot be done within the two months of payment of advance, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy or contact our executive team for any assistance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are sure that you will have very strong reason to cancel your booking. In case of any specific issues that you had in with the site or the process of owning the plot, we are always available to help you. Please get in touch with our executive team in case you need any assistance.

In case of cancellation of booking, we would not be able to refund entire booking amount and would to be retaining some of the amount towards our administrative expenses. The details of the amount that will be withheld  is given below

Any refund amount will be credited only in the same account through booking was made by user. Customer is advised not to close that account so that refund amount will be credited back.
